Is the preview the finished photo?
No. The preview is a small, watermarked AI image so you can see what’s possible. Your finished restoration is full size with no watermark, and a real person checks every face against your original before it’s delivered.
How do I order?
Click any “Order on Etsy” button. You check out on Etsy, then send your original photo through Etsy Messages. All payment happens on Etsy. Nothing is sold on this website.
Is my photo private?
Yes. A photo you upload for a preview is deleted as soon as the preview is made, and it’s never used to train AI. Photos you send with an order are used only for that order, never in marketing.
Will the face still look like my family member?
That’s exactly what the face check is for. AI tools can drift on faces, so every face is compared with your original before anything is delivered. If something doesn’t look right to you, tell me and I’ll fix it.
Do you add color to black-and-white photos?
Yes. With the $12 restoration, a black-and-white photo comes back restored in black and white and in a natural color version too.
What is the family photo album?
A digital flip-page album you can open in your web browser. Turn the pages, see each photo before and after, and share it with family. It’s included with every restoration.
What if a face is torn or missing?
Choose the Face Rebuild. Send up to 3 other photos of the same person, and the face is rebuilt using them as the guide, then checked against every reference.
Why is there only one preview a month?
Each preview costs real money to make, and keeping it to one per person keeps the price of a full restoration low for everyone.
